Refund policy
Overview
At The Fun Parent Apparel, we want every order to bring a smile to your face. Because our products are custom-printed on demand just for you, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis - but your satisfaction is always our priority. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date if your item:
• Arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
• Was the wrong item, size, or color due to a fulfillment error
• Has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked graphic, loose stitching)
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
• Buyer's remorse or a change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please review our size chart carefully before ordering)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization
How to Request a Return or Replacement
Follow these simple steps to start the process:
• Step 1 - Contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@thefunparentapparel.com.
• Step 2 - Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and at least one clear photo showing the problem.
• Step 3 - Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps.
• Step 4 - If approved, we will send a prepaid return label (if applicable) or arrange a free replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of resolution. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Replacements
In many cases, we prefer to send a free replacement rather than issue a refund - this gets a perfect item in your hands faster! If a replacement is your preferred resolution, just let us know when you contact us.
Size Exchanges
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. However, if you ordered an incorrect size and reach out before the order is fulfilled, we will do our best to update your order. Once an item is in production, we are unable to make changes.
We strongly encourage customers to consult our size chart on each product page before placing an order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
• Digital downloads or gift cards
• Customized items with customer-supplied artwork or text (unless defective)
Return Shipping
If a return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), The Fun Parent Apparel will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
