Overview

Every item in The Fun Parent Apparel store is made to order and fulfilled through Printify, our trusted print-on-demand partner. This means your order is printed, packed, and shipped directly from a Printify production facility - we do not hold inventory. We currently ship within the United States only. Please review this policy so you know what to expect from the time you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Production Time

Before your order ships, it must be produced. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on the product type, current demand at the fulfillment facility, and your location. Production time is separate from and in addition to shipping transit time.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. If you place an order on a Friday, production will begin the following Monday.

Please note: During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school, etc.), production times may be longer than usual. We recommend ordering early to avoid delays.

We offer two shipping options at checkout. All delivery estimates run from the date of shipment and do not include production time.

Cost

Calculated at checkout

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The exact rate will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We currently ship to US addresses only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future - sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop!

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@thefunparentapparel.com.

Orders with Multiple Items

Because Printify works with a network of production facilities, orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different locations. This means:

• Your items may arrive in separate packages
• You may receive multiple tracking numbers
• Packages may arrive on different days

There is no additional shipping charge if your order is split into multiple shipments.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Once an order is submitted, we have a very short window to make changes before it enters production.

If you notice an error in your address, contact us immediately at info@thefunparentapparel.com. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

The Fun Parent Apparel is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we recommend:

• Checking the tracking information for updates
• Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
• Reaching out to us at info@thefunparentapparel.com if the tracking shows no movement for 5 or more business days

For packages that are confirmed lost by the carrier, we will arrange a free replacement or issue a refund. Please see our Return Policy for full details.

At The Fun Parent Apparel, we want every order to bring a smile to your face. Because our products are custom-printed on demand just for you, we handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis - but your satisfaction is always our priority. Please read the policy below so you know exactly what to expect.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 30 days of the delivery date if your item:

• Arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted
• Was the wrong item, size, or color due to a fulfillment error
• Has a manufacturing defect (e.g., cracked graphic, loose stitching)

Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse or a change of mind
• Incorrect size selected by the customer (please review our size chart carefully before ordering)
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
• Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Return or Replacement

Follow these simple steps to start the process:

1. Contact us within 30 days of delivery by emailing info@thefunparentapparel.com.
2. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and at least one clear photo showing the problem.
3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps.
4. If approved, we will send a prepaid return label (if applicable) or arrange a free replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of resolution. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Replacements

In many cases, we prefer to send a free replacement rather than issue a refund - this gets a perfect item in your hands faster! If a replacement is your preferred resolution, just let us know when you contact us.

Size Exchanges

Because items are printed on demand, we cannot guarantee size exchanges. However, if you ordered an incorrect size and reach out before the order is fulfilled, we will do our best to update your order. Once an item is in production, we are unable to make changes.

We strongly encourage customers to consult our size chart on each product page before placing an order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance at the time of purchase
• Digital downloads or gift cards
• Customized items with customer-supplied artwork or text (unless defective)

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), The Fun Parent Apparel will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
